For the design of the apartments and suites an international arts project was set in motion. The basic idea of this project is the encounter of cultures on an artistic level with international standards.
The arts as a cultural element of our complex pyramid of life enrich our lives and stimulate our fantasy. Consciously or unconsciously we start a dialogue with them. Artists from various countries and cities (including New York, Los Angeles, Perth, Toronto, Madrid, London, Cologne, Düsseldof) were invited to decorate one apartment with their works. This could be done through a picture or painting, an installation or with lights. In consequence the individually furnished apartments are named after the artist (e.g. Forrester-Walker-Suite, Theis-Apartment).
